Orders placed on have a delivery time of 24/72 hours. You must choose the payment method at the time of finalizing the purchase.

Shipping costs for Spain (peninsula, Balearic Islands and Ceuta) are free for orders over €50, regardless of the payment method chosen. Orders less than €50 will have shipping costs of €5.


Returns for orders placed on must be made in accordance with the following conditions:

The user has 14 calendar days from the receipt of his order to request its return.

Products may be returned provided they have their original and sealed packaging, and are in perfect condition for use, for reasons of hygiene and protection of the health of users. Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

If any of the products received were defective or damaged, Massada would proceed to make the change for a new product or will return the amount of the same and in case of having paid the postage, they will also be paid.

Before making the refund of the amount, we will analyze the conditions of the product as a whole. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse to return the product and refund the amount.

After doing it, the Massada team will contact you indicating the next steps to take.

To proceed with the return, you must use the original packaging of the product, attach a copy of the invoice and send your order to the following address:

It is recommended to keep the receipt from the courier company. does not assume any responsibility in case of loss or damage during the return transport of the package. In case of requesting a claim, it must be made to the courier company. Reimbursement will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from when the client requests it.
