Returns for orders placed on must be made in accordance with the following conditions:

The user has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request its return. 

Products may be returned provided they have their original and sealed packaging, and are in perfect condition for use, for reasons of hygiene and protection of the health of users. Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

If any of the products received were defective or deteriorated, Massada would proceed to make the exchange for a new product or refund the amount thereof and, in case of having paid the postage, they will also be paid. 

Before making the refund of the amount, we will analyze the conditions of the product as a whole. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse to return the product and refund the amount.


To request a return, you must reply to the confirmation email that is automatically sent when an order is placed. In this email, tell us that you want to return the order and the reasons.

When we receive your email, we will contact you to indicate the next steps to take.

To proceed with the return, you must use the original packaging of the product, attach a copy of the invoice and send the order to the following address:

It is recommended to keep the receipt from the courier company. does not assume any responsibility in case of loss or damage during the return transport of the package. In case of requesting a claim, it must be made to the courier company. Reimbursement will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from when the client requests it.
